I ordered a pair of boots and paid extra for faster shipping because I really needed them before the weekend (of course that didn’t happen). The tracking just sat there for days with no updates, and every time I tried to find out what was going on, nobody seemed to know where the package actually was.
They finally showed up way too late, after the whole reason I bought them had already passed. Customer service was slow to respond and not much help when they did (basically just vague answers). I definitely wouldn’t trust them again if I needed something to arrive on time.

I ordered a pair of basketball shoes from prodirectbasketball.com and, to be fair, the delivery was fine. The annoying part was the sizing. The product page made it seem like going with my normal size would be safe, but in reality they were tight around the toes and just didn’t fit the way I expected. They weren’t awful, but not comfortable enough to keep, so I had to go through the hassle of returning them and ordering a size up. It would’ve been much better if the sizing info was clearer instead of making it sound more reliable than it actually was. Overall it was okay, but still a bit frustrating.

I reached out to customer service and, i’m still waiting for a reply. I already had a feeling they weren’t great at getting back to people, and this kind of just confirms it for me.

I was hoping to find a decent basketball range, but what a joke. So much was out of stock, and the sizes were really limited too. The shoe selection was okay-ish, but everything else felt bare. I ended up just looking on other sites instead. Annoying, to be honest.

I was annoyed by how few ways there were to pay. On top of that, there didn’t seem to be any actual person to talk to about it, which made the whole thing feel a lot more frustrating than it needed to be.

I reached out because I needed help with my order, but the replies were super slow and didn’t really answer my questions. It felt like they were just sending the same canned apologies over and over instead of actually trying to fix anything. it made me feel like they didn’t care at all.

"Discount codes never seem to work"
I was annoyed with the whole discount code situation on Pro:Direct Basketball. I signed up because there was a promo code being shown on the site, so I figured I’d get a bit off my order, but when I got to checkout it just kept saying the code wasn’t valid.
I tried it on a sale item first, then on a full-price pair, and it still didn’t work. Then after refreshing the page, the banner changed, which made the whole thing feel confusing and kind of dodgy. At that point I felt a bit trapped because I’d already spent time picking everything out and didn’t really want to start over somewhere else.
Customer service just told me exclusions apply, but that really wasn’t clear before checkout. I ended up paying more than I expected, and I don’t think I’ll bother trusting their promos again.

I returned my order and the refund took way too long to come through. I kept checking my emails and the return receipt just to make sure everything had been received, but I still had to chase them up more than once. It wasn’t a great experience and it’s definitely made me hesitant to order from them again.

The order itself was fine and everything seemed okay, but I’m not totally sure the shipping cost was worth it. It felt a little pricey to me.

The communication was really poor. Replies were slow, and when I did hear back, I didn’t get clear answers. I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to find out what was going on, which got frustrating.

"Checkout was exactly as frustrating as I expected"
I had a feeling the checkout was going to be a hassle, it pretty much proved me right. I tried to pay twice and it just sat there loading forever. Then my basket emptied itself, which was the final straw. Really annoying experience, and I don’t see myself using it again.

I ordered it thinking it would show up in a few days, but it ended up taking way longer than expected. The tracking updates weren’t very helpful either, so I was just kind of waiting around wondering what was going on. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t even really need it anymore, so... yeah, frustrating

I ordered a basketball top from prodirectbasketball.com i was really let down. The material felt super thin, the stitching was messy in a few places, and after just one wash it already looked like I’d had it for ages. For the price, I expected much better. Delivery was okay, but the top itself felt cheap. I also felt a bit ignored when I raised my concerns, which made the whole experience more frustrating. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Tracking was a little confusing"
I ordered a pair of basketball shoes and they got dispatched quickly, so that part was all good. The only thing was the tracking barely updated for a couple of days, so I was kind of left wondering if the parcel was actually moving or just sitting somewhere.
They did show up in the end, just a bit later than I thought they would. Shoes were totally fine, no complaints there, but the tracking could definitely be clearer. Overall, not bad, just not the smoothest delivery experience

I ordered a pair of basketball shoes and was disappointed when they arrived. The box was completely crushed, and one of the shoes had a noticeable scuff on the side. I’ve ordered shoes from other places before and usually they show up in much better condition, so this was frustrating. It also took way too long to get a response from customer service. Not the absolute worst experience, but definitely annoying

My order showed up in a really flimsy box with barely any padding. The shoebox inside was crushed and looked like it had been tossed around a bit. Luckily the item itself was fine, but the packaging was not great at all. For what I paid in postage, I definitely expected better.

"The “In Stock” Shoes That Apparently Didn’t Exist"
I ordered a pair that the site proudly claimed was in stock, paid for them, and got the confirmation like everything was fine. Then a few days later, I get an email saying they actually weren’t available. Cool, thanks for the little Inventory Wizard act. By then I could’ve just bought them somewhere else. If you don’t have the item, don’t label it as available. Simple. Total waste of time, and I won’t bother ordering again.
